KA-Band to extend over 60% of Africa

The Ariane 5 rocket carrying Yahsat's third satellite "Al Yah 3" is in position for launch from French Guiana. A successful launch will mean Yahsat's commercial Ka-band coverage will be extended to an additional 20 markets, reaching 60% of Africa's population and over 95% of Brazil's population.

 It is scheduled to be launched at approximately 2:20 AM on Friday 26th January (UAE time)
