DAE top lessor for Africa and Middle East

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) has been named as the Middle East and Africa 'Lessor of the Year'.

The award, announced at the Aviation 100 awards ceremony. were presented by Airline Economics during the gala dinner of the inaugural Airline Economics Growth Frontiers Dubai conference.
This award is recognition of DAE’s position as a strong, ambitious and world-class aircraft leasing company. During the last few years, DAE has built a reputation of delivering customer-centric solutions with speed, certainty of execution and professionalism.
DAE’s Chief Executive Officer Firoz Tarapore who has led the Company’s recent resurgence was recognised for his contribution and received the Middle East and Africa ‘CEO of the Year’ award at the same event.
The award winners were decided by an industry survey sent out to a global distribution list of more than 10,000 names over a two-month period. The results are subject to a strict criteria and the deals of the year awards are also determined by an extensive nomination process, the organisers said.
