A new CEO for Air Madagascar

The Board of Air Madagascar has appointed Hery Nirina Rakotomalala as CEO.

Hery Nirina Rakotomalala was successively Director of Operations (Air Operations) and then COO in charge of Operations and Engineering.

Hery Nirina Rakotomalala is also a training pilot and a B737-800’s captain. He joined Air Madagascar in 1997.

Hery Nirina Rakotomalala replaces Gilles Filiatreault, who has resigned in January 2017.
