Three suspected pieces of MH370 wash up across Africa
Three more pieces of debris potentially belonging to MH370 have been found in Mauritius and Mozambique.
A piece suspected to belong to the fuselage was found in Îlot Bernache by a French tourist around two weeks ago.
The second piece was found near a tidal pool at Gris-Gris beach on Tuesday, and looks to be a piece from the wing.
A third piece was found washed up in Mozambique, and also is been taken for investigation.
“The Malaysian Government is yet to take custody of the items, however as with previous items, Malaysian officials are arranging collection and it is expected the items will be brought to Australia for examination,” said Australian Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Darren Chester.
If these pieces do belong to the missing aircraft, eight pieces will have been confirmed as part of the wreckage.
