Civair to establish Civair Madagascar subsidiary
Civair has announced plans to establish a subsidiary in Madagascar with its own Air Operators Certificate (AOC).
Civair Madagascar will make helicopters and aircraft available to the market for charter flights from Antananarivo, Maroantsetra, Morondava and Nossi-Be.
"We already started preliminary discussions in April, and are continuing to review all the necessary documents we need to provide ACM (l'Aviation Civile de Madagascar) in order for us to obtain an air transport certificate," the carrier said in a statement.
Civair specialises in sightseeing and charter flights using helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft.
