Arik De walks the talk in Cape Verde
Transportation consultant Arik De who has been working on the transformation of TACV (Cabo Verde Airlines) has joined the Cape Verde carrier as its chief commercial officer.
De has been with aviation management consultancy InterVistas since 2013 and was previously with Westjet.
He has been credited with the overhaul of TACV’s commercial functions and launched new services to Bissau, Providence and Recifé. “He also enhanced connections to Portugal and restructured the airline’s domestic network allowing 50 new daily connecting options,” said TACV’s chief executive officer João Pereira Silva.
