Air France resumes services to Freetown

Air France has revealed that it will be resuming services to Freetown, Sierra Leone, next month with three weekly flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Flights will be operated by Airbus A330-200 with 208 seats: 40 in the business cabin, 21 in premium economy and 147 in economy. 

This re-launch confirms Air France’s commitment to the economic development of Sierra Leone. Sierra Leone has a strong mining industry, is among the top ten diamond producers in the world and has excellent potential for tourism.

Air France-KLM flies to 54 destinations in the African continent via seamless connections at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The Group is also developing agreements with several African airlines (Kenya Airways, TAAG Angola Airlines, Air Côte d’Ivoire, kulula.com, Comair), offering its customers up to 20 additional destinations.
